Kata Page

This page is designed to help students by showing the basic direction, sequence and movement of some of the Kata's required for our grading syllabus. Please note that obtaining a basic understanding of the moves and direction of any Kata is only the first stage in gaining the required knowlege of that Kata and the techniques and principles containe within.

The founder of modern day Karate, Gichin Funakoshi once said "to master even one Kata would take more than a lifetime"
